Takeaway coffee cups are specifically designed for take-out
solutions, providing more heat protection than ordinary hot drink
cups.
Double wall cups are designed with 2 layers of paper boards, with
an inner sheet and an outer sheet, separated by a layer of air for
giving amazing temperature retention to your hot drinks, also
offering extra protection from the heat emitted. Your customers do
not need additional clutch or double cupping to hold the cup and
enjoy their beverage. This feature makes Double Wall Cups more cost
effective than Single Wall Cups.

Generally, double wall cup is manufactured from virgin white paper
or brown kraft paper as two popular materials. The paper is coated
with food-grade PE or PLA lining for added insulation and
additional rigidity.
